The Kasoa Thief

I swear, this be true story, it happened last Monday, I got on a troski from Madina to Kasoa, i sat at the back seat, the first seat on the 5th row, near the window…

The troski was half empty so we had to wait, you could hear the mate shouting Dzorwolu, lapaz, Scc, kasoa. I had my earpiece on, listening to Forest Hill Drive, J.Cole’s last studio album, that album is dope! pure fire charle! Ignoring those who sat down, & counting the empty seat…

In about 20 minutes the troski was full, then the mate rushed behind the troski and said, “master ay3 ma”. I looked through the window, as I saw the mate directing one unlucky passenger to the next troski, saying “ay3 ma”.

The passenger not convinced had to peep through the windows to confirm whether what the mate said was true. With a sad face, the lady walked away. It was funny the expression on her face but then I smiled to myself 🙂

The driver sat down and ignited the engine ready to move, and as chocked as the Madina station was, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the driver to maneuver his way through the outgoing and incoming troskis entering the Madina station.

The mate had to get down to help his master find his way through the packed outgoing and incoming troskis. Finally we found our way to the dusty route that linked to the main road from the station, but unfortunately we got held up another 30 seconds as the driver paid his toll at the entrance of the station.

About 5 yards to the main road, one guy started shouting ”my phone, my phone, me phone ayera”(my phone is missing), quickly I checked my pocket to see if my phone was still on me, even though I could hear the music play in my earpiece, i still had to check, a nigga had to be sure charle lol can’t blame me

The guy said, “driver mepa wo ky3w, gyina, na me phone ayera”, so the driver stepped on the breaks, but the engine was still running…

The guy said to a lady sitting next to him, “mepa wo kyew, fr3 me phone no mame wai, 0244xxxxxx”, the phone started ringing, but it was very faint at first, but seconds later it got louder, then you could see everyone trying to trace the sound of the ringing phone, as if magic, everyone was staring in one direction, all eyes went to one guy who sat near the window, the guy was doing ‘unlooking’ hahahaha the nigga jie in eye koraaa, as if nothing was going on, then we all started laughing, cos the thing was funny, then the guy said, “borga fa me phone ma me”, the guy(thief) replied, “phone b3n?”

The guy replied, “phone na wafa no”. Then the guy(thief) said, “me nhuu phone bia”. The guy got angry and held the thief by the neck, then the women started shouting in the troski ooh, abi u know women small thing norr dem start dey shout lol…seconds later some guys who sat around the thief, started beating him la, then the driver turned off the engine, then inquisitive people started gathering around the troski, those selling phones, pure water sellers, the koko seller, even fos sellers, pass byers sef, the waakye seller near by charle…sh*t got real quick…

Those in the troski were trying to push the thief out of troski, but the thief was tough, the guys outside the troski wanted to mate to open the door so that they could pull the thief out and beat the hell outta him, but the driver told the the mate not to open the gate.

The incident had caused a long traffic, so one MTTU policewoman, she’s a friend of mine, in be Jackie, eeii i forget in rank ooh lol, she came to ask why the troski had caused a traffic, then the driver briefed her. The kotiwoman advice the driver to report the thief to the Madina police station, norrr the pple bore!

They started dissing the driver and kotiwoman oooh, the insults were funny man lol they wanted to beat the thief before sending him to the police station lol, they wanted to beat him small to teach others a lesson, before sending him to the police station lol, some guys outside the troski were holding clubs and stones, the waakye seller was even holding her ladle ready to beat the thief la lol

Then the driver drove off the police station, which wasn’t far from where the incident happened, the incident was reported and an arrest was made, everything happened to fast, it was an exciting experience, I enjoyed the beatings(the beatings the thief received inside the troski) and the insults charle…one lady said the thief was born by mistake loool, one guy said, if his father knew he’ll become a thief in future, his dad would pulled out…hahahaha charle that wound me i laugh saaaaaaaaaaaaa

This is a true story and I have witnesses to prove this (rolling my eyes). Why I didn’t take pictures or videos?  It wasn’t necessary, I was enjoying the show from where i sat, just observing lol

I got to kasoa safely by the grace of God. But I got there late, but it was all worth it lol
